50mins - 1 hour at your chosen location.

FREE initial half hour assessment session, Please do request this on initial contact with me. I offer this time over the phone so please do request and send me your contact number and convenient time to make contact with you
Counselling & C.B.T £50
Hypnotherapy £55 (Sessions typically last 1.5hrs)
I do offer Concessions for Students & Unemployed.
Supervision
I offer Clinical and professional Supervision to qualified experienced counsellors and students in training.
Supervision following BACP guidelines of 1.5hrs Monthly is charged @ £55 I offer a discounted rate for Students in Placement.
Student and qualified counsellors are advised to revise and adhere to their own individual professional bodies guidelines for supervision, fee's will be adjusted accordingly. Please contact me for an informal chat to answer any queries about supervision
I invite each new client in for assessment session, (FREE 30min telephone assessment available on request face to face assessment lasts 50 and is charged at normal rate). This gives you the client the chance to meet me, ask questions and explain your expectations from counselling. My aim is for you to feel comfortable and relaxed. We then decide whether we would like to work together and if so I put together a package of therapy based upon your individual needs and my specialised training
